    I explore how your thinking can affect how you feel, which in turn governs your behaviour. This modality can support both depression or anxiety.

    I am able to guide you in a state of deep focus to help you shift unhelpful behaviour patterns. This can be highly effective in treating anxiety & stopping smoking.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing

    I support you every step of the way in helping you break free from the psychological and physical distress of trauma. This can best support trauma PTSD, and phobias.

Anxiety
